This year’s Walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 22nd at Long Branch Park in Liverpool, NY. As one of the fastest growing events in our local area, the Walk to Cure Diabetes attracts hundreds of participants ready to help find a cure for diabetes.

The growth of both the local walk and the JDRF national Walk to Cure Diabetes is astounding. In 1993 the first Walk raised $3.2 million nationwide and this year’s goal is to achieve $110 million. Instrumental to this success is the support from the growing number of local companies, organizations and families whose dedication is continuous. Participation in the Walk provides community visibility for your company and develops a sense of team spirit amongst employees.
